I'm thrilled to share that I am the Voice and Dialect Coach for the World Premiere of Zora Howard's phenomenal play BUST: AN AFROCURRENTIST PLAY, directed by the incredible Lileana Blain Cruz! This exciting co-production will run in Atlanta at The Alliance Theatre February 13 through March 16 and at Chicago's Goodman Theatre April 19 through May 18.
-
Then I will (literally) zoom into the Actors Theatre of Louisville to coach FLEX by Candrice Jones, directed by the incomparable Kendra Ware.
-
In March I am headed to Wilmington, NC for the Scotopia Festival hosted by Mouths of Babes Theatre Company. I am the Associate Director for the new iteration of Wilmington Reconstructed, the documentary play based on the true events of the Wilmington Massacre of 1898.
-
This summer I am excited to return to the beautiful woods of Wisconsin and American Players Theatre to be the Voice and Text Coach for the World Premiere of The Death of Chuck Brown by Gavin Dillon Lawrence.

And the most exciting news of all...I’ve completed my book! Keep an eye out for Black Playwrights and Heightened Text: When Shakespeare Ain't Enuf. Available for pre-order on March 13th at routledge.com
